The muppets meet Freddy Mercury and Queen when Muppet Studios created a video remake of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody and released it on November 22, 2009. This music video spread like a virus and it's popularity continues to grow. Google hot trends lists it at number 38 and gives it a rating of "Spicy" which is a 3 out of 5. In this day and age keeping a rating that high for this long speaks volumes.
Fun for the whole family, my 4 year old, my wife and I were all thoroughly entertained as we rewound Animal's part over and over again.

They take some liberties with the original Queen lyrics and beautifully make it completely family friendly while keeping to the quirky personality traits of specific Muppet characters. For example in the beginning, the original lyric is “Mama just killed a man, put a gun against his head, pulled my trigger, now he's dead” that lyric has now been expertly transformed into Animal just repeating the one word “Momma” in his own unique Animal style. The lyric is no longer about guns and death but about mommas. For those who don't know, the original was released by British rock band Queen in 1975 on their album A Night At The Opera. According to Wikipedia:

It reached number one again in 1991, after Freddie Mercury's death, achieving total sales of 2,176,000 and becoming the UK's third best selling single of all time—beaten only by Band Aid's "Do They Know It's Christmas?" and Elton John's "Candle In The Wind 1997".[1]
